Fit 'N' Well Massage Therapy is a sister company to Fit 'N' Well Personal Training Inc. Personal training and massage therapy go hand in hand to help people work through pain, injury and poor posture. Our massage therapists work to soothe strained and sore muscles to alleviate any current discomfort that you may be in. Our personal trainers then work to help you strengthen and stretch your muscles, improving muscle imbalances to prevent your current discomfort from turning into permanent chronic pain.

Our massage therapists offer therapeutic, relaxation, sports injury and chair massage. We can help you with a variety of conditions, not limited to; but including, tmj disfunction, tension, stress, muscle strains and sprains, whiplash and general neck , upper and lower back pain, sciatica, poor circulation and pregnancy massage.
